Nice to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Lisa Novick.

​Before my path into wellness, I graduated as a Paralegal in 2015 in Ontario, where I quickly learned the office 9-to-5 life wasn’t for me!

 

I have 3 boys to keep me busy and I love all things holistic. I enjoy finding new ways to help others heal from chronic pain as I continue my own wellness journey.

I love people and I find serenity in knowing I’m helping clients feel their absolute best!

My Education

I am a Manual Osteopathic Therapist who graduated from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in August of 2023, completing 1180 hours with honours. I am also a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in June of 2022, completing 2200 hours.  I'm a registered member and in good-standing with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA).
